How I set up an award-winning jewellery company

I had the honour of speaking alongside Theo Paphitis, best known for Dragons' Den, Jessica Hanley from Piglet in Bed, and Jim Rudall, head of EMEA at Intuit Mailchimp, on Mulberry Media’s podcast.

It was an amazing opportunity to talk about finding unique solutions to today’s retail challenges. I shared my story, discussing how and where I started, the good, the bad, the challenges, and the experiences that have shaped me personally and professionally.

From being part of the first all-girl team in advertising to moving to India to understand the jewellery industry and setting up a supply chain where I placed transparency and trust at the heart of the business. Being an entrepreneur gives you freedom, but the stress and challenges can be very testing. In this podcast, I share some of the difficulties I have faced and discuss how I overcame them.

I also talk about my health, including back operations, not being able to walk for more than 10 minutes at a time for 4 years, ME, and alopecia and how this has impacted my journey.
