I was so honoured to be asked to recored a podcast with Rebecca from Last Night I Dreamt, a wonderful jewellery boutique tucked away in the stunning village of Southwell. I talk about why I changed career, why corporate life wasn't for me any more. Taking that first leap of faith and how I managed to start a business with nothing and how I made the transition from one world into my new one. I know many of you want to know how I started so maybe this is worth a listen and I hopefully will inspire those that want to make a change in their lives for better health and happiness too.Change is Beautiful.
Making change is scary but when you do it can be so rewarding. We are all here once and I am all for changing of what you are doing makes ou unhappy is affecting your health or you feel stuck in a rut.I'd love to know what you think.
